Good to know before you start
ClaraVoca voice commands need the right LexVoca profile.Set LexVoca's interface profile to Assisted or Technical. In Everyday, the phrases are typed as ordinary words.
"Fix this in ClaraVoca" does not change your text.It opens a correction review. Copy the corrected text back yourself.
Voice playback controls only follow voice-started reading.Pause, resume and speed work on reading you started by voice, not reading opened another way.
ITSpecta's Dictate button does not record. It puts the cursor in the field. Start LexVoca dictation yourself.
Review with ClaraVoca is for listening, not editing.ClaraVoca reads the guide. Nothing is corrected or sent back to ITSpecta.
The shared menu is still being tested. It is built in all three apps, but has not passed a full three-app acceptance test.
What do you want to do?
What to say
Use LexVoca's normal dictation (AltZ). Say the phrase on its own, then stop dictation. "Please" or "ClaraVoca" before or after is fine; extra words turn it into ordinary typing.

Why did it type my words instead?
Different wording. Only the exact phrases above work. These are not commands: Fix it in ClaraVoca, Read this text aloud, Listen in reader, Reader no audio. A button label is not a spoken phrase.
Wrong LexVoca mode or profile. Use normal dictation (not voice edit or command-line mode) and the Assisted or Technical profile.
ClaraVoca is missing or not accepting requests. ClaraVoca must be installed, allow requests from companion apps, and have a reading voice set up.
Speech recognition heard something else. Check LexVoca's History to see what it heard, then try again clearly.
Want the words typed? Say Type read this or Literally read this.

ⓘKeys different on your PC? These are the new defaults. If you set your own keys or used an older version, you keep them until you switch. Each app's Shortcuts page shows your actual keys. The menu only lists apps that are running. Opening the Reader (R) is not the same as reading your selection: use Read this or Alt⇧C for that. NVIDIA graphics? Its overlay may also use Alt+Z.
