This is a room for honest questions, imperfect writing and practical help. You do not need a diagnosis, polished spelling or a public disclosure to belong here.

What belongs here

• Ask in good faith and explain the context you can safely share.
• Challenge an idea without attacking the person behind it.
• Share lived experience as experience, not as a universal rule.
• Credit sources and disclose relevant commercial interests.
• Make room for people who communicate differently or need clarity.

What does not

• Harassment, slurs, threats, dog-piling or identity-based abuse.
• Diagnosis of strangers or demands that somebody disclose a condition.
• Doxxing, private employer information or credentials and secrets.
• Spam, deceptive promotion or unsafe technical instructions.
• Medical, legal or employment claims presented as guaranteed advice.

Moderation

Reports are reviewed in context. Moderators may add a clarification, ask for an edit, hide material, close a discussion or restrict an account. Immediate safety and privacy risks may be removed without warning. The aim is repair and clarity where possible, not public punishment.

Use the Report control on a discussion or reply when something needs attention. For urgent danger, contact the appropriate emergency service rather than relying on this site.
