About NeuroDynamic.Tech
The idea
Neurodiversity is the natural variation in how all people think, learn, notice and process information. Neuroinclusion is the active part: removing barriers so neurodivergent people can participate, contribute and be heard without first having to justify how their mind works.
I started NeuroDynamic.Tech from server rooms, operations centres and a home lab, because that is where my own experience lives. The problems are much wider than one job: dense instructions, noisy workplaces, one permitted way to communicate, and assessments that measure speed or polish instead of understanding. Those barriers appear in every profession and in everyday life.
This site is open to everyone, but it is not vague about who must be included. Dyslexic, ADHD, autistic and otherwise neurodivergent people should shape the tools and conversation from the centre, not receive a simplified version afterwards. Choice of format, clear structure, dictation and adjustable display can be essential for some people and useful for many more.
This site exists to do three simple things:
- Make more voices easy to hear. Not inspirational posters: honest accounts of work, learning, barriers, failures and wins from people living them.
- Share what actually helps. Tools, workflows, formats and workplace tactics tested in real life, not assigned to people by a personality label.
- Let people ask for what helps. A room where “I cannot use this in its current form” is met with choices and strategies, not judgement or a demand for diagnosis.
Who is behind it
It is me: an infrastructure engineer with dyslexia, tired of the gap between “neurodiversity is a superpower” keynotes and the day-to-day reality of the job. I write the guides, I run the server the site sits on, and I answer the contact messages. It is practitioner-led and community-driven, with no corporate sponsor steering the content.
I use tools to help me write, the same as anyone: a spell checker, a dictation button, a second read-through. But the decisions, the experience and the words that matter are mine, and every technical guide here describes something I actually built and ran. If something is wrong, that is on me, and the contact page is how you tell me.
How this site treats you
- Every page works with the Display settings in the header: text size, line spacing, letter spacing, theme and read-aloud. Your settings persist.
- Short paragraphs, clear headings, no walls of text.
- No karma points, no streaks, no gamification. No dark patterns.
- Activities can help you notice preferences and try strategies, but they will not diagnose you or assign a fixed “brain type”.
- Some starter content is clearly tagged as an “illustrative example” until real community submissions replace it. Nothing fake is ever presented as a real testimonial.
