Privacy

Last updated 30 July 2026

NeuroDynamic.Tech collects only the information needed to run accounts, community discussions and the features you choose to use. It does not sell personal information or use advertising trackers.

What is collected

  • Accounts: email address, username, display name, password hash, profile details and display preferences.
  • Community: discussions, replies, helpful marks and reports you submit. Posts and profiles are public unless the page clearly says otherwise.
  • Email lists: an email address when you join the newsletter or a product waitlist.
  • Basic technical data: server logs needed for security, reliability and rate limiting.

Optional voice and AI features

If you use dictation, the audio is sent to NeuroDynamic.Tech’s transcription service to produce text. The application does not save the recording after transcription. You can always type instead.

If you ask the site guide a question, your question and the recent conversation needed to answer it are sent to the language-model service configured by the site operator. Do not include passwords, private employer information, medical records or anything else you would not want processed for that answer.

Cookies

Essential cookies keep you signed in and remember display settings. The site does not currently use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Retention and your choices

Account and community data is kept while the account remains active. Security logs are retained only for operational needs. Newsletter and waitlist addresses are kept until removal is requested or the list is closed.

You may ask for access, correction or deletion of your information. Until a private request form is available, do not place a privacy request containing personal information in a public forum post. Use the private route on the contact page.

Important limitation

This is a small, independently operated community, not a medical, legal or employment-advice service. This notice will be updated when providers, retention periods or contact arrangements change.
