NeuroDynamic offers practical guides, free app downloads and optional email updates. This notice describes the website; installed apps and hosted speech services have their own settings.

Your download account

We store a username, password hash, recovery-code hash, creation time, active sessions and app download permissions. A secure, HTTP-only cookie keeps you signed in for up to seven days. Passwords, session tokens and recovery codes are not stored in readable form.

Download accounts do not require an email address or payment details. Signing out ends the current session. Password recovery ends existing sessions and replaces the recovery code.

App availability emails

If you choose app updates, we store your email address, the app you selected and when and what you agreed to. We use it only for availability and early-release news about that app. It is separate from your download account; we do not add you to a general mailing list.

Save the private removal link shown after signup. It removes that app signup without needing an account. You can also ask for removal by emailing [email protected] from the address you used. Any update email will include an unsubscribe link. Unused signups are removed after 12 months.

Addresses are stored privately on our server and in restricted backups. Mail delivery is not yet connected; submitting the form records your request and does not send an email immediately. We will update this notice to identify the delivery provider before using one.

Security and retention

To protect test access, we also keep signup times, account references and a keyed, pseudonymous network identifier which expire after 7 days and are removed by daily maintenance. This helps identify repeated enrollment; it does not identify a unique person. These events contain no passwords, recordings or dictation text. Temporary signup limits can affect shared networks; contact us if you need help.

Account records remain while an account is active. Hashed attempt counters use 15-minute windows to limit repeated requests. Security logs record the type of account or signup request and its result, without passwords, recovery codes, email addresses or request bodies. Logs follow server rotation.

Cloudflare provides HTTPS and protects the public connection. It processes connection information such as IP address and requested URL. We do not run advertising trackers. Private daily backups allow recovery; deleted records may remain in retained backups until those expire and will not be used for mailing.

What stays in your browser

Display settings, saved guides and usefulness reactions are stored in this browser. The planning activity keeps notes in the current tab. Clearing browser data removes these settings; it does not delete your account or email signup.

Speech and external services

The website does not record your microphone or transcribe speech. Browser read-aloud depends on your browser and operating system. Murmur uses the speech-service profile you configure; your website account can now connect a compatible Murmur app to the free hosted allowance. The existing installer may still require its beta key until updated. Other websites linked here have their own privacy practices.

Murmur hosted accounts

Connecting the app records an account identifier, a device name, connection/expiry times and hashed access and renewal credentials. Password recovery signs out connected apps. The Murmur account page lets you sign out individual devices.

We record usage such as dictated word counts, audio duration, request outcome, processing time and an optional app version. We do not keep a server archive of your recordings or transcripts. Results can remain in temporary memory for up to ten minutes, or until the app acknowledges them. Your app may keep local recordings/history according to its settings.

Request metadata is retained for up to 30 days; daily word totals and monthly usage totals for up to 366 days; connection security events for up to 180 days. Expired device records are removed after a further 90 days. Private recovery copies rotate through seven daily slots. These are operational records, not permission to use speech for training.

Your information

Contact [email protected] to ask about your information or request account deletion. Include your username if relevant, but never send a password or recovery code. We will establish ownership before changing account records.
