I built NeuroDynamic.Tech to be a genuinely neuro-inclusive space. Whatever your story, whether you are neurodivergent or not, the goal is to make it a bit easier for everyone to engage, share a project, post on a forum, or just tell your story. I started this to bridge the gap between the 'neurodiversity is a superpower' talks you see online and the day-to-day reality of working, and sometimes struggling, in tech. We needed a community, not just another keynote. Over the years, I have struggled a bit myself. I never really had any support beyond what I figured out on my own. I have done the research and tested out various tools and processes, picking up some things that actually help and discarding others that just don't. If you search for advice, a useful tool, or even a new role, you will constantly come across buzzwords telling you what you should be good at. While those traits can be true, it doesn't always feel that way. Getting a label like dyslexia can bring a sense of relief and validation, but it can also pigeonhole you. In reality, everyone is unique. Don't assume you can't do something just because a label suggests you shouldn't be able to. It is about taking your best skills and bridging the gaps to feed your own interests, and this site could be a way to do that. Maybe, like me, you find yourself spending three or four times longer just trying to get the ideas out of your head and into words. You try to over-perfect things, fall down a rabbit hole, and eventually start something else, only to come back to the original idea later with no memory of where you left off.
