Network engineer, 12 years in, dyslexic. Found out at 34 when my daughter got assessed and the psychologist kept describing me.
One trick: I listen to every RFC and vendor doc with text-to-speech at 1.4x while walking. My colleagues think I'm taking a lot of exercise. I'm actually reading.

My trick is structural: I moved to the shift everyone else avoids. Quiet room, two colleagues, everything in writing. My 'accommodation' was a rota preference form.
